If you have booked and paid for a consultation for two or three children please add the name and date of birth of the additional child/children in the box above.

Please ensure a registration form has been completed for each child. If not please go back to the booking page on the website to complete the form. This must be done prior to the consultation.

If more than one parent will be joining the consultation from two different locations, please email: [email protected]. We can provide you with an additional secure video link.

Please ensure you have booked the correct appointment type and made appropriate payment. This consultation is with specialist Babyjabs nurse Heli Korte.

The consultation fee is non refundable and any late cancellations (where less than 24 hours’ notice has been provided) or non-attendance at the appointment will result in a loss of the full consultation fee. Please see our full terms and conditions.
